This is a pure vegetarian bliss on a heavenly island!!
We have usually encountered the vegetarian problem on all such tropical places. And even if you find something, it's never a full meal or sumptuous delight as your would like, but rather more like a side treat or a compromise.
But this place was a savior, with both heavy and lightweight options. They had different menu every day and I kept coming. And a full sumptuous menu (you could sleep or relax on the beach without feeling itchy about not having a good meal)
And their potions!! I never saw such a great rejuvenating variety of drinks all at once place, all natural and organic.
For every mood, there's a potion they have to heighten the bliss. You will forget the traditional kombucha.
The only problem was that they didn't have any branch and I had to drive a min. 30 mins everytime from Princeville. But I planned my day trips accordingly. -

I finally caught this place! And, thanks for updating your hours of business; previously, we drove a bit only to find a closed door in our faces :(
But, not today! We stopped by and it was a wonderful experience.
*FYI: this review is only for the kombucha **
The woman working was spectacular, explained the craft of kombucha making, pertaining to this business. And, did not rush me when I (a kombucha addict) had difficulty making a decision....I was overwhelmed!!
Anyway, we bought a 32 oz of World of Cola (I'm botching the names but whatever). And a cup of the Coconut Creme (or whatever).
Justin knows what he's doing & this kombucha is THE BEST I've had so far in Kauai.
If you love kombucha, put the GT down and try Potions. -

Loved this little gem of a spot that I happened after I landed in Lanai in serious need of some fuel! I am vegan and they had plenty of options on their daily choices. The food is simple and Ayurvedic, but feels nourishing and you can tel that it is made with love. But. The best part? The kombucha bar. This is seriously the best bucha I've ever had, and that is no small thing for me to say! The chocolate was my favorite -- light, refreshing, and ever-so-incredibly flavorful. It's a cute, quirky spot. I heard tell they have vegan ice cream on occasion, but wasn't lucky enough to get to sample it on either of my visits. It's cozy, and quite warm, which makes it extra cozy! But the tea bar is a great place to post up and talk story for awhile -- and there's plenty of kombucha flavor options to keep you cool. Pick one -- or try a blend!

On the east side in Kapaa. Kauai's exclusive vegan/ vegetarian restaurant . I got the Madras, Matar and okra , on quinoa. I got the $10 half plate which is more than enough to be full on. It was delicious fresh vegetables warm yummy food. Pleasant atmosphere nice music friendly service. Highly recommend checking this place out. Six different types of kombucha on tap. I recommend chocolate and ginseng kombucha flavors. Also tried their homemade chocolate vegan ice cream. This restaurant is not to be missed while on the island.
